Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please note, all orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and during the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
The exception to this is a products reading as 7-10 day delivery. In which case we will dispatch as soon as we are able within that timeframe.
UK SHIPPING
FREE Standard (3-5 working days) on orders over £35
or
£2.99 Standard (3-5 working days) for all other UK parcels
We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48 services for all UK deliveries. We will swap to a Tracked 24 service during busy times.
US SHIPPING
$18 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 500g
$28 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighting up to 1kg
$32 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 1.25kg
$36 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 1.5kg
$37.50 Standard International (3-7 working days) for all parcels weighing up to 2kg
We currently use 1st Class Tracked Royal Mail services for all US deliveries.
PREORDERS
Where an item has been purchased via our preorder option we would ask you to allow us up to 3 weeks to get your order to you. In most cases, we can dispatch preorders within 10 days but there are a few limited instances where we have to wait 2 weeks to receive an item before we can post it to you via our normal channels.
MADE TO ORDER & HANDMADE
Where a handmade item has been purchased we would ask you to allow us an extra week to dispatch. In most cases, we can dispatch these orders almost immediately but there have been a few limited instances where there is a backlog of orders and it takes us some time to catch up.
SALE SEASON
At various points throughout the year we will offer customers the opportunity to purchase items at a discounted rate. During these times we would ask that you allow us 7-10 working days to get your delivery to you. The volume of orders increase which makes it more difficult to have items dispatched to enable a 3-5 day delivery. However, we will still strive to meet that 3-5 day delivery where possible.
DELAYS & LOST PARCELS
Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. By the same token, we ask for your patience and that you speak to us courteously during times where there are significant delays. It is sometimes very difficult for us to resolve the issues in the way that you expect and so we ask that your expectations remain reasonable.
As Wee Bambino takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on our site, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact us to resolve.
With regards to our responsibilities regarding lost or delayed orders we follow the Royal Mail Guidelines specified below:
• We aim to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day and Tracked 48® / Tracked Returns with 2-3 working days. (Please add an extra working day if there's a Redirection in place).
• If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation. Check eligibility on our claims centre. (Please note, early claims cannot be processed).
If you're the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf.
