Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition with original tags included and in its original packaging. We also require the inclusion of your name and order number along with your return.  Failure to include this information will most likely result in us being unable to fulfill your refund.

The cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@weebambino.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at info@weebambino.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not contact us if you the item has been damaged whilst in your possession or by someone in your household.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, items purchased on sale or within our clearance section. We will however accept return requests for items using a promotional discount code. We also cannot accept returns for seasonal items such as Halloween or Christmas stock.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and complete your refund.
